Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 November 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Atdrive Infotech Pvt Ltd ("AtDrive"), a company registered in India with its registered office at A-1802, Sector 77, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India, the company that provides Reachvoy ("Reachvoy", "we", "us"). They cover the Reachvoy app at app.reachvoy.com, our short links and this website (together, the "Service").
If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation. By using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Early access
Reachvoy is in private early access and is available by invitation only. During early access:
- features may change, be limited or be removed, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable;
- we may end an invitation or early access at any time, with reasonable notice where we can;
- any fees will be agreed with you in writing before they apply.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and multi-factor authentication secure, and don't share your sign-in with others. Invite team members instead.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the roles you give to people in your workspaces.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think your account has been misused.
4. Connected platforms
When you connect an account such as a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account, a LinkedIn Page, a YouTube channel, Google Search Console or Google Analytics, you authorise us to access it and act on it for you, within the permissions you approve.
- Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, including the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) terms, the LinkedIn User Agreement, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service. You must follow them.
- You must have the right to connect each account, for example as an admin of the Page or owner of the channel.
- Platforms can change or limit their APIs, metrics and features at any time. When that happens, the matching Reachvoy features may change or stop working. We are not responsible for the platforms themselves.
- You can disconnect an account at any time. See the data deletion instructions.
5. Your content
- You keep ownership of the content you create, upload or publish through Reachvoy, and of your data.
- You give us permission to host, copy, process, adapt (for example, resize an image for a network) and send your content and data, only as needed to provide the Service to you.
- You are responsible for the content you post and for the links you share. Make sure you have the rights to it and that it complies with the law, including advertising, endorsement and disclosure rules, and with each platform's rules.
- Check scheduled posts before they go out. Reachvoy publishes what you schedule.
For marketing data you bring into Reachvoy, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you need a data processing agreement, contact us.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service, or let others use it, to:
- send spam, or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or infringes anyone's rights;
- misuse short links: for spam, phishing, malware, scams, or to hide or disguise a harmful or misleading destination;
- break a connected platform's rules, for example through fake engagement, mass unsolicited messages, or automated follow/unfollow or liking;
- access accounts, Pages or data you are not authorised to use;
- scrape, copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service, or build a competing product from it;
- probe, overload or interfere with the Service or its security, or get around its limits;
- collect personal data unlawfully, or process sensitive personal data without a lawful basis.
We may remove content, disable short links, or suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken or a platform requires it. Where we can, we will tell you why.
7. Short links
Reachvoy replaces links in your posts with short links so it can count clicks. Short links belong to your workspace. They may stop working if you delete them, if your workspace or account is deleted, or if we disable them under section 6.
8. AI suggestions
When this feature is available, Reachvoy can suggest captions and hashtags using an AI provider. Suggestions can be wrong or unsuitable. Review and edit them before publishing; you are responsible for what you publish.
9. Our rights
The Service, its software and the Reachvoy name belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the Service while they apply, and no other rights. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
10. Ending use of the Service
You can stop using Reachvoy and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we must do so by law or platform requirement, or if early access ends. When an account is closed, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", including during early access. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
In particular, we do not promise that:
- the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors;
- metrics, insights, attribution, conversions, revenue figures, rankings or reports will be complete or accurate, because they depend on data from connected platforms and websites that we do not control;
- posts will publish at a given time or at all, or that a connected platform will keep offering the features or data the Service uses;
- AI suggestions, SEO recommendations or other insights will produce any particular business result.
You are responsible for checking information before you rely on it for business decisions, and for keeping your own copies of content you need.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AtDrive, its directors, employees and suppliers are not liable to you for any loss or damage arising from or related to the Service or these terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special and consequential loss, and loss of profits, revenue, business, data, content, goodwill or opportunity, even if we were told it was possible.
If a court or arbitrator nevertheless finds us liable, our total liability for all claims together is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies.
13. Your responsibility to us
You will defend and indemnify AtDrive, its directors and employees against any claim, demand, fine, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party or authority that arises from:
- content you or your team publish, upload or schedule through the Service;
- links you share and the pages they lead to;
- your breach of these terms, of a connected platform's terms, or of any law, including advertising, consumer and data protection law;
- personal data you bring into the Service, such as data about your own customers, without a lawful basis.
We will tell you promptly about such a claim, let you control its defence with a lawyer reasonably acceptable to us, and give you reasonable help at your cost. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on our behalf without our written consent.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date above, and tell account holders about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
15. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or the Service, are governed by the laws of India.
Before starting formal proceedings, either side will first try to resolve the dispute in good faith by writing to the other, and allow 30 days for that.
If it is not resolved, the dispute will be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement or, failing agreement, as the Act provides. The seat and venue of arbitration is Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, and the proceedings will be in English.
Subject to arbitration, the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, including for interim relief. If you use the Service as a consumer, this does not take away any right that the mandatory law of your country gives you to bring a claim in your local courts.
