Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 5 November 2026
You can remove Reachvoy's access to your accounts and have your data deleted at any time. Choose the option that fits:
- Disconnect a channel in Reachvoy
- Remove Reachvoy in Facebook or Instagram
- Remove Reachvoy from your Google account (YouTube, Search Console, Google Analytics, Google sign-in)
- Remove Reachvoy in LinkedIn
- Delete your whole Reachvoy account
1. Disconnect a channel in Reachvoy
- Sign in at app.reachvoy.com and open a project the account belongs to.
- Go to Accounts.
- Next to the account, open the ⋮ menu, select Disconnect login, then confirm.
When you disconnect a login:
- its access tokens are deleted immediately;
- Reachvoy stops syncing every account that uses that login, in every project of your organisation;
- the data stored from those accounts (posts, metrics and analytics reports) is deleted within 30 days, unless you reconnect them in the meantime.
Disconnecting needs the Owner or Admin role in the organisation. To only stop showing an account in one project, choose Remove from project instead.
2. Remove Reachvoy in Facebook or Instagram
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find Reachvoy and select Remove.
- In Instagram, open Settings.
- Open Website permissions → Apps and websites.
- Find Reachvoy under Active and select Remove.
Instagram professional accounts are connected to Reachvoy through their linked Facebook Page, so removing Reachvoy in Facebook's Business integrations also removes its access to the Instagram account.
When you remove Reachvoy, Meta tells us and we delete the data we hold from your Facebook and Instagram accounts within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation code for your request. Keep it: you can use it to check the status of the deletion, or quote it when you write to [email protected].
3. Remove Reachvoy from your Google account
This covers YouTube, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and signing in with Google.
- Go to security.google.com/settings/security/permissions and sign in.
- Find Reachvoy in the list of apps with access to your account.
- Select it and choose to remove its access.
4. Remove Reachvoy in LinkedIn
- On LinkedIn, open Settings (from the Me menu).
- Go to Data privacy → Permitted services.
- Find Reachvoy and select Remove.
Removing access on Google or LinkedIn stops Reachvoy from reading or posting straight away. To have the data we already stored from those accounts deleted, also disconnect the channel in Reachvoy (option 1) or email us (option 5).
5. Delete your whole Reachvoy account
- Email [email protected] from the email address of your Reachvoy account, with the subject "Delete my account".
- Tell us whether you also want the organisation you own, and all its workspaces, deleted.
- We will confirm the request with you and then delete your account, its access tokens and its data within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.
We may keep a small amount of information where the law requires it, such as records needed for security or legal claims, for a limited time. Encrypted backups are replaced on a rolling schedule, so deleted data disappears from them shortly after.
If you are a member of someone else's organisation, its owner controls the workspace data; ask them, or contact us and we will pass on your request. If you are not a Reachvoy user but your data appears in a brand's workspace (for example, a comment you left on its Page), contact that brand, or write to us.
